Our employees, other trades, and our clients! Safety anchors the eight core values that propel Gaylor’s success. We believe that a safe job-site doesn’t happen by accident; it is the result of consistent training, developing, and maintaining the right attitude toward job-site safety.

Our full-time safety personnel provide year-round classroom instruction and on-site instruction. We also have a safety incentive program that directly ties into continued safety education participation. This extra incentive is well worth the investment for the company because it helps to keep safety at the front of everyone’s thinking. Our rich safety culture has been carefully and intentionally developed through the years and is a point of great pride for us. For Gaylor, safety is a Values issue!

Our innovative safety training is Metropolitan Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety (MICCS) Certified.
