Project Description

Gaylor coordinated and installed electrical components and lighting fixture for this 630,000 sf. office/distribution facility.  The fully automated fulfillment center for Amazon.com was designed and constructed to achieve LEED gold certification for the structure's interior.  It includes many energy-saving features throughout the warehouse and 35,000 square feet of office space.

Gaylor worked closely with the mechanical contractor to come up with a LEED friendly layout and optimum power requirements. Gaylor installed strategically placed dimmers, occupancy sensors and energy efficient lighting systems that lowered light levels while still providing proper illumination the center's 1,200 employees.
