Kohl's 97,500 sf ENERGY STAR rated commercial retail building includes a centralized energy management system, an occupancy control system and high-efficiency lighting.

Working closely with the owner and contractor, our professionals followed guidelines specified in plans and by the U.S.Environmental Protection Agency making adjustments as needed to enhance energy performance. Kohl's sets high standards for energy efficiency in their building designs. Honoring this commitment to the enviroment, Gaylor electricians make green initiatives a top priority constructing an electrical infrastructure that exceeds required performance specs.
In addition to implementing energy-saving power solutions, Gaylor's scope included general service, distribution, wiring, all interior lighting and fixture installation.
