This 4-story, 205,000 sf. student dormitory consisting of four wings and an attic houses about 600 students. Living quarters offer students the option of living in "pod-style" rooms, suites or single occupancy rooms.
The facility has a multi-purpose room, convenience store, fitness center, computer lab and laundry center. Each room has a telephone jack and ethernet port and wireless internet is available throughout the building.
Gaylor crews worked under tight timeline along side other trades to complete construction in time for students returning to college for their fall semester. This project was designed to achieve silver LEED certification. Gaylor was instrumental in planning and coordinating efforts to meet energy efficient registration requirements.
