UNC-Charlotte Center City Building

Charlotte, NC

An illustration of the university's commitment to innovation and environmental stewardship, the UNCC Center City academic building designed to follow LEED silver certification guidelines. This 12-story, 143,000 sf cantilevered structure overlooks a four-acre park and houses many graduate level business and marketing programs as well as the Urban Design Studio.

The contract called for all major subcontractors to participate in Building Information Modeling. Gaylor's in- house prefabrication department designed all of their electrical infrastructure CAD layouts.

University of Kentucky Patient Care Facility
