Gaylor reviewed CAD files provided by the precast plant to determine where to locate conduit in massive concrete walls. The imbeds, such as junction boxes, were designed and prefabricated in-house.

Gaylor prefabricated each of the 517 suite-style student bedrooms for the new 125,000 square foot four-story residence hall on the campus of North Carolina Central University.
