At Gaylor, we believe our core values define who we are as a company. Michael’s career has always had a strong emphasis on teaching, training, and counseling. This background has proven to be instrumental in helping to develop the relatively new discipline of ethical business values instruction within the construction industry. The Values Department includes the corporate Safety Director and the corporate Diversity Director.
