Paul Osland
Chief Operations Officer
Put simply, the role of the Chief Operations Officer is to serve as a mentor to all of Gaylor's branches and operating divisions and to make sure that they each have the support that they need to provide the best customer experience in the industry. Paul Osland brings to this role his decades of experience as a senior executive in high-technology companies with many diverse service models.
Paul intends to put that experience to good use by helping the Gaylor operations team leverage the Company's nationwide talent pool to discover new and exciting ways to serve current and prospective customers.
Paul believes that Gaylor's unique legacy as a contractor with an uncompromising set of values is what sets us apart in a very competitive field. Paul writes, "A number of people have asked me 'What attracted you to Gaylor?' My simple and sincere answer is the Values. I have taken a lot of time to reflect on the eight Values that John Gaylor wrote down 25 years ago when he started the business. After a lot of reflection, I came to the conclusion that they are just as relevant today as when they were first written down. If I was given a blank slate and asked to create a new set of Values, I would not change a single one of them. I think all eight of them not only reflect who we are but continue to provide a solid road map for us to follow as we continue to expand our business."
