Clyde Rainey
Diversity Director
Clyde has made a career out of serving the needs of the local community. Clyde started with Gaylor in 2000 on a part-time basis as a project manager-in-training while maintaining his fulltime employment as an Indianapolis firefighter and past director of the Firefighters Survive Alive program for elementary school children and adults. Since becoming the full-time Diversity Director in the spring of 2006, Clyde is actively involved in many local, state and national organizations which include ACE Mentoring Program, Indiana Diversity Business Council, and Associated Builders and Contractors.
