Armed with extensive experience in human resources and strategic knowledge of organizational infrastructures, Karen’s core responsibility is Gaylor’s most precious resource – the employees. Karen crafts and implements dynamic strategies designed to maintain an environment that champions professional integrity, performance through teamwork, opportunities for education, and diversity. She holds a degree in Psychology, a Master of Science in Human Resources, and a graduate certificate in Organizational Leadership as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
