The Asurion Call Center in Orlando, Florida is the company’s first call center. The facility is equipped to house 550 employees trained to handle incoming calls to mainly support major clients such as AT&T and Verizon. In addition, the call center will focus on Soluto, the company’s fastest- growing business division, which provides the company with over 290 million customers. This call center is essential to maintaining the company’s exceptional customer service, by providing tech- problem solving and device repair information services.
Gaylor Electric was responsible for the complete electrical distribution of this 75,000 square-foot facility. Working side-by-side with Layton Construction and other subcontractors, Gaylor Electric was able to complete this $2 Million project on time, and within budget.
