PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Gaylor Electric was awarded the original contract for the 225,000 square feet Hyatt Place hotel located in downtown Nashville. The hotel is home to 255 modern suites, as well as 3,386 square feet of total meeting space with high ceilings, tons of natural light and on-site catering. The Hyatt includes a variety of amenities, including a 24-hour cardio gym and kitchen, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and complementary valet parking. Gaylor Electric’s scope of work included: general provisions, low voltage conductors and cables, power for elevators, grounding and bonding, performance testing, and thermographic surveys. After a successful completion, the Hyatt Company became a client for life.
