This 4-story, 205,000 sf. student dormitory consisting of four wings and an attic houses about 600 students. Living quarters offer students the option of living in “pod-style” rooms, suites or single occupancy rooms.

Gaylor crews worked under tight timeline along side other trades to complete construction in time for students returning to college for their fall semester. This project was designed to achieve silver LEED certification. Gaylor was instrumental in planning and coordinating efforts to meet energy efficient registration requirements.
