PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This $150 million French-owned plant is the largest integrated soybean-based biodiesel plant in the world.  It can produce nine times the amount of fuel a year than any current plant in operation. One could drive 3.5 billion miles or 140,000 times around the earth with the amount of fuel produced by this facility.

Gaylor implemented two separate electrical contracts at Louis Dreyfus. The utility division constructed a 15Kv feeder project that had both overhead line work as well as 15Kv distribution in cable tray. The Fort Wayne office helped develop a medium voltage infrastructure and electrical distribution system.
