PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Gaylor and North American Stainless established a long term 24/7 master service agreement to keep manufacturing operations flowing smoothly preventing mechanical interruptions to processing.
We know NAS is determined to deliver exceptional product to their customers with little lead time thus at least 16 service people are on site at all times and more electricians are added as determined by the job.
As the company expands, Gaylor handles electrical requirements for modern equipment within the 1,400 acre manufacturing facility. From the Melt Shop through the hot rolling mill to the cooling bed, Gaylor powers up and maintains diverse advanced processing technologies: Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), Hot Annealing and Pickling line, Argon Oxygen Decarburization Converter (AOD), and Sendzimir cold rolling mill.
Gaylor supports industrial staff with maintenance of the electrical equipment and switchgear, keeping components greased, changing lights, and providing technical expertise as well repairing and retrofitting equipment to improve productivity.
