Our college summer internship program is our premiere nationwide preparatory experience. This ten-week program (end of May, June & July) introduces students to field-based or department-specific roles and responsibilities. Interns work forty hours a week while gaining valuable experience as developing professionals. While focusing on honing technical skills, supplemental time is spent on important topics such as resume development, interviewing best practices, networking, and social media professionalism. Academic areas served include electrical field positions, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, human resources, accounting, education, project management, information services, safety, legal/risk, virtual design, recruiting/talent acquisition, and marketing.
