This signature project, which totals more than one million-square-feet, maximizes the center’s downtown location and is Nashville’s first development to integrate office, retail/ entertainment, residential and hospitality space on a large scale.

The redevelopment of the former Nashville Convention Center will include more than 380 residential units, a 26-story, 385,000-square-foot office tower, 230,000 square feet of shops and restaurants.

It also included the renovated conference center, the National Museum of African American Music and more than 2,000 parking spaces.
