With an aggressive schedule and over 200 different types of contractors on site, the project team embraced an early collaborative approach, right from the start. The planning and coordination that took place before the project began.

The Gaylor Electric team met daily to set short term goals, and discuss the Safety, Quality and Production plan to meet those goals.

All trades met weekly to focus on upcoming goals and maintaining University Pointe’s aggressive timeline.

The use of Trimble and fabrication aided in successful coordination, resulted in the project being completed on time and without trade clashes.
