The project is located in the heart of downtown Nashville, the demanding schedule and congested multi-trade workspace presented many challenges.

Through the course of the build, our Capitol View project team possessed an incomparable ability to address the unique challenges that were presented by the aggressive schedule and space restraint of Capitol View.

With an aggressive schedule and over 200 different types of contractors on site, our project team embraced an early collaborative approach, this allowed for seamless coordination of all job site activities and promoted a collaborative approach to identifying the critical components that ultimately led to the project’s success.

Our team’s use of Trimble and fabrication also aided in successful coordination. As a result, the project was executed on time and without trade clashes.
